Michael Yu joined Alaska Airlines in 2006. He currently serves as Regional Cargo Sales Manager for the greater Seattle area and all of California. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Project Manager, where he oversaw the design, development, and implementation of various system-wide projects, and as the Concourse Manager for the Seattle Station, where he was responsible for all aspects of the operation. Giulio has enjoyed a multi-faceted career in logistics. Beginning his career on the airline side, Giulio held various middle and senior management sales leadership positions with United Airlines, Lufthansa, and Korean Air. Switching to handling, Giulio then joined Mercury Air Services and later Pacific Air Cargo, helping the latter expand its cargo and passenger handling operations in the Hawaiian Islands after the fall of Aloha Airlines. Giulio is currently President/CEO of Logistica Perishables and More/Asiana USA, a neutral full-service logistics provider offering handling and shipping capabilities to forwarders and shippers. Giulio also helps with his family winery in Sonoma County.

Scott has been with LAWA since 1994, and spend most of his LAWA career managing environmental programs, including the noise management programs, the LAX sound insulation grant program, and the sustainability program. Since the summer of 2017, he is responsible for outreach efforts related to cargo and trade issues for LAWA. Scott is on the Board of the Los Angeles Regional Export Council Board (LARExC), which promotes and facilitates global trade and investment in the region. He is also a member of the 2018 World Trade Week (WTW) Committee, which dedicates itself to educating the public on the importance and benefits of global trade on the local and national economy through a series of educational programs and events, and hosts the largest WTW event in the US annually in May.

The Los Angeles Air Cargo Association Board of Directors meet on the last Thursday of every month from September through May. Meetings are conducted by the president using a formal agenda of items presented in advance by other board members, committees, or members concerns that require discussion, board approval through voting majority, and action. Members interested in a leadership roll with the association are encouraged to volunteer to be on the board.
Los Angeles Air Cargo Association annual membership dues are $100 for Standard Membership or $250 for Corporate Membership per calendar year. Annual Membership drive starts in October for the coming new year. A membership form can be completed online by clicking on the link below or complete the Membership Application form.
The association holds our general meeting/luncheon on the 2nd Thursday of the month in March, June, and December. The regular cost for the luncheons is: $55 for members and $65 for non-members. The Holiday luncheon charges will be announced prior to the luncheon.
