Peter Landon joined Transgroup Global Logistics in 2016 and is currently the Station Manager for the Los Angeles Region. Prior to Transgroup Peter was the Regional Manager and USA Sales Director for US Global. In his spare time he enjoys time with his family, reading, movies, travel, tennis, and is active in Amateur Radio communications.

Professional Highlights:

Michael Yu joined Alaska Airlines in 2006. He currently serves as Regional Cargo Sales Manager for the greater Seattle area and all of California. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Project Manager, where he oversaw the design, development, and implementation of various system-wide projects, and as the Concourse Manager for the Seattle Station, where he was responsible for all aspects of the operation. Michael also previously worked in the pharmaceutical and financial industries. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Professional Highlights:

Keysha joined Southwest Airlines in 1997 and has held numerous Leaderships/Management roles on multiple platforms.  In her current role as the National Accounts Manager, Keysha oversees the western region client portfolio, which entails managing sales strategies at the corporate and local levels.  In the non-profit secure, Keysha leverages her BA in Human Services to support the iDream Foundation (volunteer Project Management).  Keysha is a member of the National Black MBA Association.  In her spare time, Keysha enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, strength training, concerts, dining out, and spa time with her friends.

Andrea is a licensed Insurance Broker with 20+ years’ experience.  She joined Avalon Risk Management in 2005 and currently serves as Regional Vice President of the Los Angeles territory.  Her technical knowledge and expertise includes Professional Liability Insurance products, Property & Casualty insurance including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Trucking, and Workers Compensation Insurance.  Andrea also has experience in underwriting and sales of U.S. Customs Bonds, Marine Insurance products and services,  In her spare time, Andrea enjoys Pilates, socializing at her book club, movies, concerts, dinner with friends and spending time with her husband and son.

Alex Adams joined Forward Air in 2010. He currently serves as Director of Sales, domiciled in Los Angeles market. Alex started with Foward Air working part-time as a customer service respresentative in Greeneville, TN. Previous to this Alex has held several positions within Forward Air ranging from accounting, to Area Sales Manager. Before Forward Air, Alex worked in the food and beverage industry. in his spare time, Alex enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his fiancée.

Professional Highlights:

Sherri Dunlap has held numerous positions in Accounting, Operations, Human Resource Management, as well as Administration and Facility Management. Currently, I am working for HPL Apollo LLC as Controller. I am married to Bruce Dunlap, who is the Airfreight Operations Manager for Traffic Tech and we love to travel, go to movies, hiking and entertaining.

Professional Highlights:

Jim joined the Weber Logistics team in April of 2015. Working primarily as the business development VP. Jim is responsible for production throughout the U.S. Weber is primary a Western regional company but through Jim's leadership growth remains positive in all parts of the country. Future growth includes the opening of operations in Salt Lake City, Seattle, Las Vegas. Weber presently has 11 U.S. offices with plans to expand within the next two years. With over thirty years of experience in the warehousing & transportation industry, a strong understanding and knowledge of the region and long-term strategic planning skills, Jim is well positioned at Weber Logistics. Jim attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He resides in El Segundo with his wife of 32 years Pegi and they have four adult children.

Harvey joined Jones Lang LaSalle at the beginning of 2013 after 32 years as a Principal at local real estate brokerage firm, The Klabin Company. Specializing in agency, tenant representation and owner/investor sales for logistics facilities in the South Bay/Greater LAX Los Angeles industrial submarkets. Harvey is a board member for Concern Foundation, a non-profit that raises money for cancer research. Harvey has also maintain a vegan lifestyle for the past 12 years and in his spare time he enjoys walking his dog Brulee, spending time with his daughter Halle and son Adam and is an avid golfer who golfs any chance he gets.

David Joined Aeronet in 2004. In his current position, he oversees all aspects of International freight development for all 11 offices of Aeronet. Prior to that David was Director of International freight for Jardine Logistics developing the China/ USA trade lane. In his free time you can either hear David playing guitar in one of three classic rock bands appearing all over the South Bay or taking long drives and walks with his wife and two kids and their Labradoodle.

Giulio has enjoyed a multi-faceted career in logistics. Beginning his career on the airline side, Giulio held various middle and senior management sales leadership positions with United Airlines, Lufthansa, and Korean Air. Switching to handling, Giulio then joined Mercury Air Services and later  Pacific Air Cargo, helping the latter expand its cargo and passenger handling operations in the Hawaiian Islands after the fall of Aloha Airlines. Giulio is currently President/CEO of Logistica Perishables and More/Asiana USA, a neutral full-service logistics provider offering handling and shipping capabilities to forwarders and shippers. Giulio also helps with his family winery in Sonoma County.

Victoria Carothers is a Commercial Banker with over 20 years' experience in the Financial Industry. Scott Allman started his own Customs Brokerage business in October 2014. Prior to that, Scott has been in the Customs Broker and Freight Frowarding industry since 1989. He started as a messenger / data entry clerk for a border broker in Detriot, MI. Over the years he has been an Import Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Business Development Manager, and International Operations Manager. He has been fortunate enough to have traveled all over the world for business.

Kim has been the VP of Operations for her family owned business at LAX for 2 years.  Her company offers a pet boarding facility and handles pet services for passengers that are traveling and need a place to pamper their pets while they are away.  The Kennel Club LAX also arranges air transport services for relocation of pets.

Kim Pham has been in the Freight Forwarding service for over 20 years. She joined SST International, Inc. in August 2007 as the International Logistics Manager. Her duties include air and ocean import and export as well as brokerage services. She has the fun job of building relationships with airlines, ocean carriers, truckers, and customers on a day to day basis. Not only negotiating rates but she liaison for Homeland Security to include CTPAT and TSA. Prior to working at Aeronet and SST, Kim worked with Wilson Logistics Inc. & Phoenix International in the Air Export Department. Kim has 3 girls who keeps her very busy. Therefore, in her spare time she enjoys the finer things in life like eating and sleeping.

John joined EXP's advancement Department in the position of Development Manager. In his new role, John is helping EXP to develop corporate partnerships and expand their reach to new industry sector partners.

John brings to EXP more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, government, and pro bono work to non-profits. John earned his BA in History from the Univeristy of the Distric of Columbia.

Mr. Hewey, who has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry is currently in the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Stevens Global Logistics. He filled a number of key positions with other leading companies in the transportation and logistics industries, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Logistics Corp, Vice President of Operations for Stevens Global Logistics, a Regional Vice President for Target Logistic Services(MainFreight) and Operations Manager for LEP Profit International and Skyway Freight Systems. During his long career, he has earned a reputation for being a driven, solutions-oriented logistics executive with expertise in managing teams and growing business. Mr. Hewey, who entered the transportation industry by working on the loading dock as a college student, attributes his success to his mentors, sound decision-making skills and most importantly his respect for the people with whom he works. Mr. Hewey attended Brigham Young University before embarking on his successful career. During his free time, Mr. Hewey enjoys playing pickleball, hiking and kayaking.

Professional Highlights:

Scott has been with LAWA since 1994, and spend most of his LAWA career managing environmental programs, including the noise management programs, the LAX sound insulation grant program, and the sustainability program. Since the summer of 2017, he is responsible for outreach efforts related to cargo and trade issues for LAWA. Scott is on the Board of the Los Angeles Regional Export Council Board (LARExC), which promotes and facilitates global trade and investment in the region. He is also a member of the 2018 World Trade Week (WTW) Committee, which dedicates itself to educating the public on the importance and benefits of global trade on the local and national economy through a series of educational programs and events, and hosts the largest WTW event in the US annually in May.

The Los Angeles Air Cargo Association Board of Directors meet on the last Thursday of every month from September through May. Meetings are conducted by the president using a formal agenda of items presented in advance by other board members, committees, or members concerns that require discussion, board approval through voting majority, and action.  Members interested in a leadership roll with the association are encouraged to volunteer to be on the board.


Los Angeles Air Cargo Association annual membership dues are $100 for Standard Membership or $250 for Corporate Membership per calendar year. Annual Membership drive starts in October for the coming new year. A membership form can be completed online by clicking on the link below or complete the Membership Application form.

 The association holds our general meeting/luncheon on the 2nd Thursday of the month in March, June,  and December. The regular cost for the luncheons is: $55 for members and $65 for non-members. The Holiday luncheon charges will be announced prior to the luncheon.
